You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, complying with all applicable laws, and paying all fees associated with our services.

We provide information and assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by government authorities. We are not responsible for changes in visa requirements or processing delays.

Service fees are clearly stated and must be paid in advance. Government fees and third-party costs are additional. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
